Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Toasty (“Toasty,” “we,” “us”), including our website at toasty.so and our apps for iOS, Android, Apple TV, and Google TV. By using Toasty you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

Toasty turns a projector, TV, or other screen into a live dashboard — showing live overhead air traffic, a planetarium, ambient scenes, and more — controlled from your phone. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Toasty for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its data.
• Abuse, overload, or scrape the service or the third-party data feeds it relies on.
• Display content through Toasty that you don’t have the right to display.

Public screen URLs

Each screen has a public view URL so it can load on a projector without signing in. Anyone with that link can view the screen, so treat the link accordingly and avoid putting private information in a screen’s name or settings.

Third-party data and services

Some features rely on third-party data, including public ADS-B aircraft feeds and Google Firebase. We don’t control that data or those services, don’t guarantee its accuracy or availability, and aren’t responsible for it. Aircraft data is for entertainment and general interest only — never rely on it for navigation, safety, or operational decisions.

Disclaimers

Toasty is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toasty and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Toasty after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
