Creating your first screen
Set up a screen and open it on the device driving your projector or TV.
A screen is a private URL that shows whatever app you choose, live. You open it once on the device driving your projector or TV, then control it from your phone from then on.
1. Create the screen
On the Screens page, click + New screen. Give it a name (e.g. "Bedroom ceiling"), pick the device it’s driving (projector or TV), and whether it’s pointed at a ceiling — Toasty flips the image automatically for ceiling setups.
2. Open its link
Every screen gets a URL that looks like toasty.so/s/ab12cd34. Open it in a browser on whatever device is connected to your projector or TV, then make it full-screen.
3. Send it something to show
Back on the Screens page, tap into your screen and choose an app from the grid — the display updates instantly.
